Scott Bullock is our President. His leadership and vision of strategic growth sets Apex Aviation apart from the competition. With the help of loyal and dedicated employees, and the collaborative experience of Dan Littau and Joe Abney, Apex Aviation has grown exponentially and continues to be a major force in the Aircraft Maintenance Industry. 

Founded in March 2014, Apex started with a 6,000 sq. ft facility and three employees. Today, our employees work in the beautiful state-of-the-art 50,000+ sq. ft, Henderson facility (KHND). Especially relevant are a beautiful reception area, private pilots lounge, free wi-fi, TV, and a coffee station. 

In 2015, Apex Aviation acquired the assets of Kings Avionics-Henderson and retained its employees. In April 2016, Apex Aviation purchased Honest Air of Boulder City. As a result, the maintenance and avionics technicians from all three entities merged to form the exemplary team we have today.

Apex Aviation is an FAA certified Part 145 Repair Station. We service turbine, piston, turboprop and rotorcraft aircraft. This “one-stop shop” saves customer’s time and money by providing aircraft maintenance, avionics, repairs and modifications under one roof.

The list of aircraft maintenance and repair services provided by Apex Aviation includes major overhauls, engine hot section inspections, warranty work (OEM), air conditioning, avionics upgrades and new installations.

The Technicians at Apex work on every make and model of aircraft including Eclipse, Gulfstream, Beechcraft, Cessna, Embraer, Bombardier, Lear Jet and various rotorcraft. The King Air Team is by far the best qualified in the Southwest.

The Henderson location has five service hangars, three at 6,000 sq. ft. each, one 10,000 sq. ft. and one 12,000 sq. ft. hangar. It is equipped to handle aircraft as big as the Bombardier Global Express Jet.

Scott Bullock believes investing in human resources by sending Technicians to school for factory training. “This factory training is an essential component of being an FAA certified Part 145 Repair Station, doing the job right, and to the future of Apex,” said Bullock. His strategy is to have factory trained Leads for most of the aircraft and then cross train & utilize the technicians as needed. 

With Apex Aviation’s premier maintenance facilities and expert technicians, the company is now poised to expand its Part 25 aircraft services, including aircraft maintenance contracts with fractional air carriers and other charter companies. Growing the aircraft management side of the business is also on the horizon.
