Founded in March 2014, Apex Aviation began with a modest facility and just three employees. Driven by dedication, expertise, and a passion for aviation, we quickly grew into the company we are today.

Our team now operates from a modern hangar facility at Henderson Executive Airport (KHND), designed for precision, efficiency, and the highest standards of aircraft maintenance and repair. Every aspect of our operation reflects our commitment to safety, quality, and reliability.

In 2015, Apex Aviation expanded by acquiring the assets of Kings Avionics–Henderson, retaining its skilled employees. The following year, in April 2016, we grew again with the acquisition of Honest Air of Boulder City. The collective expertise of these teams, combined with Apex’s own specialists, formed the strong foundation of the workforce we operate with today.

Continuing on our path of strategic growth, Apex Aviation expanded once more in 2025 with the opening of a second facility at Bermuda Dunes Airport (KUDD) in California, furthering our commitment to serving aircraft owners and operators across the Southwest and beyond.

Under the leadership of President Scott Bullock, our strategy is to ensure every project is supported by factory-trained leads who set the standard for excellence. By cross-training and developing our technicians, we maximize knowledge, efficiency, and collaboration across all aircraft types.

This approach not only meets the rigorous requirements of an FAA Part 145 Repair Station, but also guarantees that every aircraft entrusted to us is maintained with the highest level of accuracy, safety, and care. With state-of-the-art facilities in Nevada and California and a team of factory-trained, cross-trained professionals, Apex Aviation is strategically positioned for the next phase of growth. The company is expanding its capabilities in Part 25 aircraft services, building partnerships with fractional air carriers and charter operators through tailored maintenance contracts. Looking ahead, Apex is also preparing to grow its aircraft management services, providing owners and operators with complete, one-stop solutions that combine operational efficiency, trusted expertise, and uncompromising safety.
