A couple of weeks ago, I flew my Mooney to Vegas for business. During the flight, I lost my autopilot system which killed my PFD. I was able to speak with Amanda, who had Glen quickly call me to discuss details. Jim was dispatched to diagnose my problem. Jim diagnosed the issues on Tuesday and had everything all fixed by Wednesday. All this was done while I attended to my business. From Amanda’s pleasant, professional voice, Glen’s prompt personal attention to my concerns, and Jim’s quick, complete work; every aspect of this issue was outstanding. The personal service was excellent, and the pricing was more than fair. Great job Apex Aviation!
Bravo Apex Aviation and Chris Haskell
After countless hours of troubleshooting a problem on our Learjet 75 with the technical representative and the customer response center at Bombardier, we finally got Apex Aviation and Chris Haskell involved. Their mechanic showed up at my hangar in less than 15 minutes. Chris had spotted the problem when no one else could, and I was returned to service, BAM! Apex Rocks It!
I fly to Vegas several times a year for fights and sporting events. I always make sure I schedule quick services, like an oil change, brake, and hydraulic fluid servicing, or IFR Certification for while I’m in town. Why let her sit idle when she could be serviced by the factory-trained technicians at Apex?
